Dieser antike Keris hat 5 Luk, leider kann ich die Dapur (Modellreihe) und Tangguh nicht bestimmen. Die Pamor ist Beras Wutah (Beras = Reis, Wutah = ausgestreut). Die Klinge weist eine ganz ungewöhnliche Form auf, sie ist bis zur Hälfte gerade und erst dann beginnen die Luk (Windungen). Die Klinge ist mehr als 100 Jahre alt. Eine Kembang Kacang findet man nicht und die Ganja ist auch sehr ungewöhnlich.

 

Die Warangka ist original und aus schönem geflecktem Peletholz gefertigt. Die Pendok ist auf der Rückseite aus goldfarbenem Messing mit schönen Motiven und auf der Vorderseite erscheint sie oben und unten und weist ebenfalls schöne Motive auf. Der Griff ist original antik und im Geratim Stil aus goldfarbenem Metall gefertigt. Die Krone auf dem Griff ist aufgrund des Alters leicht beschädigt. Die Mendak ist schlicht und mit einigen weißen Steinen wie Zirkonia besetzt.

 

Die Klingenlänge beträgt 40,40 cm, die Gesamtlänge beträgt 69,50 cm, der Griff hat eine Länge von 13,50 cm.

This old keris has 5 luk but I cannot describe the dapur (model) or tangguh. The pamor is Beras Wutah (Beras = rice, Wutah = spilled out). The blade has a very unusual shape. It is nearly straight to the middle and then up to the tops you find the luk (bendings). The blade is older than 100 years. A kembang kacang is not found and the ganja is also unusual.

 

The warangka is original as found and made from nice stained pelet wood. The pendok is made from golden colored brass material on the backside with nice ornaments. On the front side you find it at the top and at the bottom and also with nice ornaments. The original hilt takes the geratim style and it is made from golden colored metal. The crown on the top of the hilt is a little damaged because of the age. The mendak is a common one and decorated with some white stones like zirkonia.

 

The length of the blade is about 15 7/8 inches (40.40 cm) and the total measurement is about 27 3/8 inches (69.50 cm). The length of the hilt is about 5 ¼ inches (13.50 cm).
