Neuartiger großer Keris Manglar Monga 13 Luk, kv99

 

Dieser neuartige Keris stammt aus der Modellreihe Manglar Monga 13 Luk Lung Kamarogan. Die Pamor ist Beras Wutah (Beras = Reis, Wutah = ausgestreut). Es ist eine neue Kreation und es ist auch ein Keris Kalawijan (= ungewöhnlich) da man eine Figur eines fliegenden Drachen mit einem Elefantenkopf findet. Die vergoldeten Teile sind aus gemischtem Metall und golden überzogen. Die Ganja ist Kelap Lintah und sie weist wie der gesamte Keris goldenfarbene Blumenmotive auf.

 

Die Verkleidungen wurden erneuert. Die Warangka ist aus dunkel braunem Holz im Madura Stil geschnitzt. Auf der Vorderseite findet man schöne Motive. Der Griff ist aus dem gleichen dunkel braunen Holz im Madura Stil mit den typischen Schnitzereien gefertigt. Die Mendak ist goldfarben und mit einigen weißen Steinen wie Zirkonia geschmückt.

 

Die Klingenlänge beträgt 56,40 cm, die Gesamtlänge 77,10 cm.

This new big keris 13 luk is a new creation but it looks like adopted of the dapur Manglar Monga 13 Luk Lung Kamarogan and includes a Kalawijan (= unsual )keris because of the nice flying dragon's figure with the elephant's head. The golden inlaid is made of mixed brass material. The pamor is Beras Wutah (Beras = rice, Wutah = spilled out) and it is blocking fully as the background of the golden ornaments. The ganja is kelap lintah and also covered with golden floral motifs.

 

The clothes are newly made. The warangka is carved in Maduranese style and made from dark brown wood. On the front side you find nice typical Maduranese carvings. The hilt is also made from dark brown wood and takes the Maduranese style with the typical carvings. The mendak is golden colored and decorated with some white stones like zirkonia.

 

The length of the blade is about 22 ¼ inches (56.40 cm), the total measurement about 30 3/8 inches (77.10 cm).
