Neuartiger Keris Nyi Blorong 13 Luk, rk33

 

Dieser Keris mit 13 Luk ist eine neue Kreation und daher nicht nach einem Referenzbuch beschrieben werden. Man sieht eine weibliche Predigerin mit einem Schlangenkörper und ähnelt daher der Dapur (Modellreihe) Nyi Blorong. Sie nimmt die Stelle der Kembang Kacang ein und ist mit Blumenmotiven geschmückt. Die Figur und die Blumenmotive sind golden überzogen. Die Pamor ist Ngulit Semongko (Ngulit = Schale, Semongko = Wassermelone) im Hintergrund. Die Ganja ist Kelap Lintah mit Greneng und ist ebenfalls mit goldfarbenen Blumenmotiven bedeckt.

 

Die Verkleidungen sind neu. Die Warangka ist im Ladrang Kagok Madura Stil aus dunkel braunem Holz mit Schnitzereien auf der Vorderseite. Der Griff ist ebenfalls aus dem dunkel braunen Holz im Madura Stil mit typischen Schnitzereien. Die Mendak ist goldfarben.

 

Die Klinge ist 35,50 cm lang, die Gesamtlänge beträgt 50,40 cm.

 

 

 

New Keris Nyi Blorong 13 luk, rk33

 

This new keris 13 luk is a new creation so I cannot describe the dapur by a reference book. You see a Woman Prayer at the gandik with a Snake's body and so it is similare to dapur (model) Nyi Blorong. You find it instead of a kembang kacang. It is decorated with floral ornaments made of brass material and golden coated. The pamor is Ngulit Semongko (Ngulit = peel, Semongko = watermelon) as the background. The ganja is Kelap Lintah with greneng and is also golden coated with floral motifs.

 

The clothes are new made. The carved warangka is Ladrang Kagok Maduranese style and made from dark brown wood with typical Maduranese carving. The carved hilt is also Maduranese style and made from dark brown wood. The mendak is golden coloured.

 

The length of the blade is about 14 inches (35.50 cm) and the total length about 19 7/8 inches (50.40 cm). The weight of the blade = 284 grams and the total weight = 532 grams.
