Antiker Degen der ALF Organisation, pc03

 

Dieses ist ein schöner und sehr gut gemachter antiker Degen der American Lodge Fraternal Organisation und stammt aus dem späten 19. bis Anfang 20. Jahrhundert. Die Klinge weist auf einer Seite schöne geätzte Muster sowie den Namen des ursprünglichen Besitzers. Die Klinge hat einige leichte Flecken bekommen ist aber in sehr gutem Zustand.

 

Die Scheide weist unten, in der Mitte und oben schöne goldfarbene Muster auf und ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Griff hat an der Spitze einen silberfarbenen Ritterkopf mit Motiven. Das Material des Griffs ist aus Zelluloid. Man findet auch dort schöne Verzierungen.

 

Die Klingenlänge beträgt 76,00 cm, die Gesamtlänge 97,00 cm.

This is a beautiful and well made American Lodge Fraternal Organization Sword which dates from the late 19th to early 20th Century. It is mounted with a blade that wears lovely etching on either side along with the original owner's name on one side. The blade has developed very slight staining, nevertheless does remain in nice condition.

 

A Knight's head pommel crowns the celluloid hilt with beautifully detailed silvered fittings. The scabbard wears equally beautiful fittings and remains in very nice condition as well.

 

The length of the blade is about 29 7/8 inches (76.00 cm), the overall measuring 38 3/4 inches (97.00 cm) in length.
