Antiker Keris Singo Barong 7 Luk, rh02

 

Dieser antike Keris stammt aus der Modellreihe Singo Barong 7 Luk Kalawijan Tinatah. Kalawijan bedeutet ungewöhnlich und ich bezeichne dieses Modell so, weil Singo Barong normalerweise 3 oder 5 Luk hat. Tinantah bedeutet bedeckt, weil der ursprüngliche Keris mit einem neuen Material bedeckt wurde. Der Original Keris stammt aus der Tangguh Surakarta und sein letzter Besitzer hat die Gandik mit einem Singo Barong Ornament in 24 Karat Gold verbessert. Die Ganja ist Mbatok Mengkureb und auch mit Blumenmotiven aus 24 Karat Gold bedeckt.

 

Die Verkleidungen wurden erneuert. Die Warangka ist aus mittel braunem Holz im Ladrang Surakarta Stil gefertigt. Die Pendok ist eine silberfarbene Pendok Bunton mit schönen Motiven auf der Vorderseite. Der Griff ist aus mittel braunem Holz im Surakarta Stil mit den typischen Schnitzereien gefertigt. Die Mendak ist goldfarben.

 

Die Klinge ist 34,70 cm lang, die Gesamtlänge beträgt 48,80 cm. Die Klinge wiegt 140 Gramm und das Gesamtgewicht beträgt 321 Gramm.

This old upgraded keris estimated the dapur Singo Barong 7 Luk Kalawijan Tinatah. Kalawijan means unusual because we know the Singo Barong usually only have 3 or 5 luk, Tinatah means it was "covered" another material by "knocking" technique. The original keris is old and tangguh Surakarta. The last owner upgraded the gandik part with Singo Barong ornament and decorated it with real gold 24 carats. The pamor as not so contrast and only a small path as the background. The ganja is Mbatok Mengkureb and it is also covered with floral motifs in real 24 carat gold.

 

The clothes are not original. The warangka is Ladrang Surakarta style and it is made from middle brown wood. The pendok is a common pendok Bunton in silver color with some motifs on the front side. The common hilt is Surakarta style with the typical carvings and made from middle brown wood. The mendak is golden coloured.

 

The length of the blade is about 13 5/8 inches (34.70 cm) and the total length is about 19 ¼ inches (48.80 cm). The weight of the blade = 140 grams and the total weight = 321 grams.
